Return Merchandise Policy

FOR ALL PRODUCT NON-DEFECTIVE, NON-WARRANTY RETURNS

We offer a conditional 30-day money back guarantee for most items. The conditions include non-refundable items and a possible restocking fee.

Customers are responsible for all costs related to shipping items back to us. If you have questions, or need assistance with this process, please contact our customer service/support.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable, even if the return is completed within the time limits:

• Shipping Charges
• Any items that have been defaced or physically damaged by end-users.
• Any items that become non-functional due to user error.

We reserve the right to verify the condition of the returned item(s) prior to issuing a refund.

Items with 0% Restocking Fee (Returned within 30-days of delivery)

• There is no Restocking Fee for items that are returned due to our shipping error. We reserve the right to confirm the error. In this case, an RMA request must be filed with Trident Design within 7 business days from receipt of goods.
• Any Thirsty Light that are returned unopened and in new condition will not incur a restocking fee.

Items with 10-20% Restocking Fee

• Standard Product Returns: Product in New or Good Condition - Packaging in Salable Condition
• Late Product Returns (after 30 days): Product in New or Good Condition - Packaging Unopened or Salable Condition

Items with 30% Restocking Fee

• Noticeably used or defaced products.
• Returns received after 30 Days

ALL PRODUCT RETURNS REQUIRE A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA)

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that return product(s) are packed and shipped properly. Trident Design, LLC is NOT responsible or liable for any damage to product(s) during return transit, or caused by the shipping carrier. Damaged items are not eligible for warranty or money back guarantee.

We also suggest that customers obtain a receipt for any packages shipped back to us and utilize a traceable shipping method. Trident Design, LLC is NOT responsible for any item or package lost during shipping.
